All in One Racing is a racing team founded and helmed by H. Cem Bahadır. Since 2025 the team has raced on the ClubSwan Racing calendar with the ClubSwan 50, Nautor Swan’s one-design racing yacht. Turkish sailors race on the same boat as sailors from Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and New Zealand.

The team closed its first season in 2025 in fourth place overall at the ClubSwan Nations Trophy in Saint-Tropez. In 2026 it won the ClubSwan Tuscany Challenge in Scarlino, finished fifth in Bonifacio and fourth at the Rolex Swan Cup in Porto Cervo. It closes the season at the ClubSwan 50 World Championship in Naples on 27-31 October.

The crew includes Alican Kaynar, who sailed the Finn at three Olympic Games, Onur Bilgen, a five-time Turkish champion who represented Türkiye in the Laser Standard, Cem Gözen, runner-up in the One Pro category at the J/70 World Championship, and national team sailor Anıl Berk Baki.
