outfit founded in 2012 by the national sailor Levent Peynirci. The company describes itself as the second generation of the Peynirci family, who have been part of the sailing community since the 1970s.<\/p>\n      <p>The centre of gravity is on the racing side: it manages teams built with corporate sponsors and races them at the TAYK, \u0130YK and BAU trophies and events such as the Bosphorus Cup. Alongside that it offers graded yacht courses out of Kalam\u0131\u015f Marina, corporate events, boat charter and consultancy.<\/p>\n      <p>All the boats carry the Cheese name and are numbered from Cheese II to Cheese VIII.
